South Africa Cricket Fiasco

The Indian Team's performance at the Champion's Trophy at South Africa has left much to be desired . The arrongance of Wealth has made the cricketeers lose their focus. There is no focus on performance.Also there is lack of committment and accountability.The BCCI is also lackadasial in its approach to discpline and Cricket in general.
A new trend among players is observed nowadays , there is a lot of back patting and praise amongst the players and it appears that there is groupism amongst players in order to ensure that the same gang stays selected.
It is time the Government looks into this issue after all the so called autonomy from Government does not exist as a large number Politicans are heading most of the Sports Association.
The Bench strength of the Indian Team is pathetic and no attempt is made to ensure entry of new players.
Attempt to garner talent at grassroot level does not exist as enough is not done to hold authentic BCCI recognised tournaments to encourage raw talent at this level.
At this rate the BCCI will continue to BULLY the ICC due to its wealth and the arrongance of these players will sound the Death Knell of Indian Cricket.
