The intent of the Chinese Government to be-little India and its efforts for peace in the region has taken a new dimension now. An attempt to de-link Jammu & Kashmir from the Indian Union has come to the limelight ,by their exercise of issuing paper Visa to Kashmiris rather than stamp the passport which is the normal practice with Indian Citizens.
The Indian Government predictablyhas once again downplayed this issue instead of taking it up strongly with the Chinese Authorities.
The Foreign Ministry has not even called up the chinese diplomats at New Delhi.
The Indian Government behaviour on the China front has puzzled many of its citizens.
The question that begs an answer is "Why are we running shy of China ?"
